Enviroflo manufactures containment and safety enclosures for critical applications to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, Electronics and Aerospace industries. These include but are not limited to enclosures for liquid handling robotics, balance scales, powder handling applications, microscopy, mail sorting, and custom safety applications incorporating state of the art air flow sciences.
The Enviroflo line of containment safety enclosures offers standard and custom models. Units are designed for operator safety maintaining low operator exposure levels and process protection with HEPA filtered laminar flow capabilities. Also offered as a custom feature is our N2 purge capability reducing and/or maintaining relative humidity at very low percentages.
Balance Enclosures
EnvirofloIinc. is proud to launch its new range of balance enclosures for the safe handling of potent compounds in the laboratory. SST Safescience Technologies Ltd. acrylic balance enclosures are performance tested to the highest standards with its unique design ensuring balance stability to nano-gram levels. Combined with full safe-change filter options, the Tox-Safe offers unrivalled protection while maintaining balance stability. With improved ergonomics the Tox-Safe balance enclosure gives a fully compliant working environment, improving operator comfort at incredible value.
The Tox-Safe potent powder balance enclosures are specifically designed to give excellent operator protection from potent compounds without compromising balance performance. Combined with a new safe filter change option and face velocity alarm, the Tox-Safe will give you unrivalled performance during the weighting operations.
SST provides the first fully safe-change fan system for any potent powder application. The system utilizes a nuclear industry technique of incorporating the disposal bag within the fan unit and extracting the filter without exposure to the external environment. This new technique ensures the operator is never exposed to the filter as there is no requirement to remove the ducting before securing the filter. The SST safe-change fan and filter design are compatible with all enclosure systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Lab Automation Enclosures
Enviroflo’s table-top and full-frame lab automation enclosures are manufactured in in the USA.
Construction of our structural enclosure framing system is available in clear anodizd aluminum (6063-T6) or fully welded and polished 304 or 316L stainless steel. Aluminum extrusion allows us to design and manufacture to your exact dimensional specifications. We also offer a variety of glazing materials including acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC and safety glass. For table-top systems we offer work surfaces in TRESPA phenolic resin, stainless steel or polypropylene. All glazing materials are available in anti-static formulations.
Enviroflo now offers temperature and humidity control systems to complement our line of enclosures. Because the majority of our enclosures are of custom design, we have the flexibility to supply enclosures to your exact dimensions, materials, and accessories.
